Mary Avgerinos is a versatile New York–based actor with a distinctive screen presence and a talent for bringing depth, intelligence, and authenticity to complex characters. Originally from Philadelphia, Mary has built a diverse body of work spanning television, film, commercials, and print.
She is known for her role as Desk Sergeant/Sgt. Perham on Starz's Power Book III: Raising Kanan. Her film work includes Evelyn, Leeds Point, In Your Afterglow, The Impact Factor, and The Last Few Hours, among other independent productions.
Mary has also worked extensively in the commercial and branded-content space, appearing in campaigns for major national and international brands including Spectrum Cable, Home Depot, Pfizer, American Express, UPS Worldwide, Zoetry Resorts Mexico, and Bausch & Lomb.
A former commercial interior designer with more than 15 years of professional experience, Mary brings a unique creative perspective and a wealth of real-world experience to her performances. Her ability to inhabit characters with naturalism and emotional precision makes her equally at home in drama, grounded contemporary roles, and character-driven storytelling.
